Me and my partner are building a container home in the wairarapa and it hasn’t been a bad process so far apart from getting the gig originally, the container is a 40 ft high cube is in pretty good nick for being second hand we haven’t had any issues so far, keep up the good work josh

Hi Josh.. interesting vid on container homes. Ive often wondered if container homes really were that "easy" to do.. so cheers for that.
Have a question about framing nail guns.. which brand/gun would you recommend? .. not a builder but do quite a bit of DIY.

All architects are not equal and if you know what you're doing, it's a good way of building a home. when building with containers, find builders who specialize in metal buildings. inspect your containers and sometimes where you purchase your containers from they offer modifications services as well. You can't beat structural steel, yes it's harder to work with but much stronger. Keeping your design plans basic can also save you money.

My parents built a container home and spent 6 - 9 months working on it while running a busness. I personally think that they lost money more than what they saved . They could have made more money giving full attention to there cleaning busness and made enough money to pay a professional builder to build a much nicer home with less hassle haha 😄 container homes really are designed not to be moved anyway once bult so
