Looks to me like it already failed, and it is not "imminent" like the title of this video says. Fully functional dams don't look like that. (Just sayin')

We flood every rainstorm that produces 3” or more. All because the rail road and state both say the log jams are the other entities fault. Full sized 100’ trees block the water from going through the bridges passage. Great town for tgat. Only a couple homes are always in danger of waging us away.
If there were 50 homes they’d do something. I’m gonna complain more about it to get my taxes lowered again.

Oh I see why it failed, in record water levels you let the debris build up. Lazy. Just plain lazy. One mini excavator could have cleared that as it happened for a few days. Lose millions to save less than a thousand.
