Ukraine: drone footage shows destroyed bridge and vehicles at Donbas river crossing

Ukrainian military forces released footage on Thursday that they say shows destroyed Russian military vehicles and a pontoon bridge in eastern Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian forces, the images were taken along the Siverskyi Donets River. The UK's Ministry of Defence said on Friday the failed crossing of the river by Russian forces showed the pressure Russian commanders were under. The ministry's intelligence update said the images suggested that Russia 'lost armoured manoeuvre elements of at least one battalion tactical group' at the river, located west of Severodonetsk.

This whole operation from the Ukrainan side to basically anihilate that batallion will write history. Its a peak example of modern warfare. How environment and modern tools on huge ranges and drone based recon play together with smart foreplanning as the Ukrainans werent suprised by this approach from the russian side

It shows the competence of the engineer who predicted: when it happens and how to detect it
It shows coordination between units: forward units on the river, artillery.
It shows the skills of artillery to hit the target.
It shows overal ukrainian combine arm: airforce, artillery, drones, engineers
