light emitted from the security camera (in the near-IR wavelength) is colliding with atmospheric molecules in a way that results in a small portion of scattered photons accelerating into the virtual state (i.e. a transitionary state) where a natural gravity vector floats them to another point in time (usually the past)

this can be called a temporal distortion or an "electromagnetic field inversion"
