Killz makes an odor neutralizer primer made specifically for strong odors such as pet urine etc. It works very well.

Is there a primer paint that does does mold kill control on drywall surfaces?

I have plywood that had gotten wet, i have a dehumidifier concentrated on the plywood, but my issue is i cant get it to its dry goal, but it is about 5 points from goal.
If i put killz primer on top of it, is there a possibility it can grow mold down the road?

Is cork spray paint in a crawl space ok? It's vapor permeable and supposed to be mold resistant
