How do you visualize this? I visualize this as a vertical tower with "1" at the bottom and "5" at the top but when it came to making a video, a circle seemed to be more natural.

This warm up is more about the brain than musicality or pitching but it makes for a great spectacle once there is more than once person performing this at the same time.
