DIFFERENT COACHING MODELS // As a qualified coach, I've been on a journey to learn different ways of coaching models. When you first start out, the GROW model is perhaps the most well known model of coaching, and because it's so directive, it works when you're nervous. But when you grow as a coach, you'll be open to other different methods of coaching. Personally I love to hold the space, and allow my coachee the space to thinking.
