Sinatraa Investigation is Over

Sinatraa’s former girlfriend Cle0h revealed that she stopped pursuing the police investigation into her sexual abuse claims against the Valorant star because it was ruining her emotional well being.

In a now deleted tweet, Cle0h said that focusing on the police investigation into Sinatraa’s alleged sexual abuse during their relationship left her feeling suicidal, and was causing her too much pain to continue. She also said that her claims against Sinatraa never made it to court, and that she just wanted to be left alone to prioritize her own health.

Sinatraa was unbanned from pro Valorant just days ago, but Riot had warned the Sentinels content creator that future evidence tied to his sexual abuse allegations could lead to another ban in the future. But with Cle0h apparently confirming that the police investigation was done and no longer moving forward, it seems like Sinatraa may not be at risk for another Valorant ban, since riot has already ended their own investigation after banning the pro for 6 months for not complying with their inquiry.

So with no more police investigation threatening to reveal new evidence and lead to a new ban for Sinatraa, will the Sentinels be more likely to find a new home for the Valorant star? If the Sentinels keep dominating Valorant, you have to imagine that after Berlin Masters some team will be looking to take a chance on Sinatraa now that a future ban appears to be off the table.

This issue was completely scuffed to begin with. The moment Cle0h's tweet was published alongside her evidence against Sinatraa everyone was up and arms about cancelling him and destroying his life, all legal proceedings were not prioritized and everyone took either side like they're just watching 2 basketball teams play. People need to learn to take everything on the internet with a grain of salt specially if they're not directly involved. With Sinatraa being "cleared" and Cle0h not pursuing the matter any longer then the truth will never surface and the guilty party won't get punished since the internet completely ruined both person's lives.

I'm not surprised that nothing came out of it. While yes the audio "proof" was weird you can't for 100% fact prove that anything happened. Innocent until proven guilty. While many may disagree with this. It is how our legal system works and that's the end of the conversation. I hope no one goes and tries to harass either side. To be completely honest, this is none of our business.

this is so sad, both parties endured blows but Sinatraa is going to have this allegation plastered to his name forever. he definitely got the short end of the stick considering his entire career is revolved around the internet

I feel it's pretty messed up that a lot of these news channels/riot games/the pro scene treated him as immediately guilty until proven innocent. This kinda stuff gettin outta hand, being suspended for 6 months is a pretty big deal especially when a proper investigation hasn't been fully conducted. Unless there's concrete proof, they shouldn't be able to just derail someone's career like that with the snap of their fingers. Just my opinion though...

Being falsely accused of sexual assault, and rape, myself by my ex, I can tell you that there is more than 2 sides to the story. The guys side, the girls side, and then the actual truth. I studied law and law enforcement for over 3 years. Somethings I learned is that even if the accuser doesn’t want to pursue the investigation, law enforcement will still do it at times. Usually when they have good evidence to push forward. Sometimes though they will stop because their star witness is not willing to testify. They could get a subpoena to force her to testify, but if what she said is true about her suicide attempt then it would be likely that law enforcement would just drop it there. Though in all likelihood she was just looking to trash Sinatraa’s name and get attention. Attempted suicide from perusing an investigation to put away someone who allegedly committed a terrible crime isn’t likely. But I want to be understanding because I have dealt with suicide myself so I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt with a grain of salt.

No substantial evidence is found. The audio recording was weird but not everything. In the court of law he remains innocent until proven guilty, and in the court of internet it’s usually the other way around. Either way this investigation will forever be a part of his record.

I hope this serves as a lesson not to punish an accused player/talent like stopping him from playing competitive matches or casting games until the legal proceedings are done. Being supportive of women against abuse is cool and all, but there are men who also became collateral damage due to this war against sexual abuse
