Meghan Markle Reveals Kate Middleton Made Her CRY Ahead of Wedding

Meghan Markle sets the record straight on rumors that she made Kate Middleton cry during Sunday’s ‘Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special.’ The Duchess of Sussex says that it was actually the reverse and that Middleton apologized and sent her flowers. Markle also told Winfrey about why she didn’t feel protected by the royal institution.

Kate gave her advice in regards to the flower girls needing to wear stockings, not just for “protocol” purposes but for their own comfort as the leather shoes can easily scrap and rub on their feet and ankles hurting/blistering their skins. Kates own daughter is the flower girl so she had serious concerns for her own daughters comfort! If you look at the pictures that day you can see Princess Charlotte lift her leg up to grab at her feet because she was uncomfortable or in pain! She made those little girls wear the leather shoes with out socks too! So Meghan decided on no stockings and no socks, which went against protocol for royal members and placing the flower girls in real discomfort all day! This is what made both of them upset with each other. I’m for the comfort of the children! And since not one of the flower girls were Meghan’s own kids, she has zero care or stake in their comfort. Kate on the other hand does! She is speaking up for her daughters welfare and that of the monarchy’s protocol and giving Meghan sound advice as a new member of the family who clearly is dismissive if not completely ignorant of how things are done!
