Excellent video. One tip for you. In Spanish we use the word “compromise” or compromiso to mean a promise. But in English compromise means to reach an agreement. For instance you say I will sell you may house for $1m and I say $800k. Then we compromise at $900k. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

On an island with 3000 inhabitants to reach 400.000€ you need to buy the whole neighborhood. Doesn’t make sense
