It's also important to note that Vivi appeared in multiple ending sequences and had her own transition piece (the thing that signifies a commercial break) during her time with the Straw Hats, something that really hasn't happened since then to my knowledge. She along with other characters also appeared in the anime only Boss Luffy side stories.

I always love moments when Vivi appears. Knowing full well that she didn´t continue the journey with the strawhats when I was starting One Piece, I still loved every interaction she had and Alabasta continues to be around my three favourite arcs. And I just love Vivi *-*

The original, and best, princess in the One Piece universe; the words at the start are from her coronation speech/her "not forever" goodbye to the Straw Hats. She was one of my role models during my high school years when I was reading the Alabasta Arc in the manga, both in Shonen Jump magazine and in the volumes. Shirahoshi, Viola, Scarlet, and Scarlet's daughter, Rebecca, are all wonderful princesses in their own right, but Vivi still remains my (and the fans') favorite.
P.S. Where there is Vivi there must be Koza. Theirs is one of the greatest unfulfilled love stories in One Piece, and through their relationship, you could tell that the royal family and the rebels were fighting for the same thing: the liberation of their nation from drought and overall unrest.

I hope in a future arc, Vivi would join the Straw Hats in the long run, like how Jinbe promised to join a long time ago in Fishmen Island. I feel like Vivi has a real connection to the crew and it would also balance out the dude fest on the ship lol

I do believe
1) she was the one who advised Robin to join Luffy during the 3 days between the war and strawhats departure
2) She is a strawhat and like her other companion with specific role, she specializes as military force leader and political representative.

One piece theory: what if the celestial dragons chose to kill vivi because the Nefertari family rejected mariejois but the straw hats save her and she joins their crew in order to stay alive!

Vivi actually has better synergy with Nami than Robin does with Nami in my opinion. The small age difference means they are like two young girls sharing pretty much similar interests and conversations. On the other hand Robin is mature and doesn’t engage in their type of conversations.

It would be a great boon when Vivi rejoins the crew
