I just received this unit through Amazon. It came without a manual. I contacted Amazon who could not get me the book, and I also contacted Vevor who said since I couldn't supply the original order number, they would not be able to help me. I had the option to return it, but Amazon refunded me $80. So I burned the box. After repairing the unit and watching this video, I was able to cook a batch. Thanks

Sorry I have a weird question but it would be really helpful if you could answer it. If you put the top screen inside so it lies on the very bottom, does it cover the pump inlet hole no matter what side it is up against? I'm thinking I could drop it in after the boil to act as a hop filter for the pump. Thanks

Spending some time running through videos prior to use. I am looking to get the electronic version of the manual. Primarily, I am wanting to know what kind of break in that I would want to do prior to my first brew batch. Any input is appreciated - Jeff

A small suggestion.
First, brew up a batch. Open the video by showing a glass of cold porter.
Then do a fast edit of the process. Two minutes. Biff...bam...boom!
Then go into the technical part. How it works.
I'm most interested to see if the wort-chiller actually does the job. Where's the water supply? How can you use ice?
The temperature has to drop really fast.

where do you get ingredients or find info on what you need for each type of beer? I bought this assuming it had "kits" to just follow along but apparently i was wrong. may return.

Hey, I just got mine and I’m in the process of running it with water to sanitize. Wanted to wash all the factory gunk off before brew day tomorrow. Do you know how to change from C to F? Can’t find that info online or in the manual. Thanks!

Is this machine programable to run 72 hours? Want to buy one for tincture making and need to run mushrooms for 72 hours to break down chitin before alcohol processing. Watched someone use a similar machine but costs twice what the Vevor does but can't get any info from Vevor about run times.
