one major flaw in opencart is replacing entire directories with the new theme, i prefer the concept of Wordpress having a seperate themes directory where you have a designated area to manage contents of the theme, poor design

Hi. Can you give a hint, please. I set the wokiee theme to opencart. The documentation recommends choosing specific modules that are installed with this theme. When I select them and then go to the site, there remain modules from the OpenCart theme, which is the default. What to do with it?
