Let's explore with why I have a toolbag for work and how useful some of the components are in the toolbag including the adaptors that help with reducing the number of tools needed as they act as intermediaries and also extensions.

And thank you. It is appreciated.

I'm always pleasantly surprised by these cheaper off brand tools. Got a lot of Welzh Werkzeug impacts (Torx and 3/8" 6 point), US Pro and Bergen off the £10 tool van. Plenty of abuse and they're holding up well. And for a tenner a set I dont mind replacing the lot if I break something 😂

I have told the wife the same thing many times! “Never have enough tools for the job.” Facts is facts! I also do the same tree with my adaptors and use them for different sized extensions. I have my spanner’s joined together using large nappy pins from recovery equipment and the most used are together on one pin, works for me. Nice bit of tool porn!

Personally I try to buy Halfords Advanced stuff if I don't want to spend much and it's so easy to warrantyanything, also Sealey tools if you register the tool online on their website, although I haven't had to warranty anything with them yet, so can't speak of their customer service.

I do have some Welzh Werkzeug aviation spanners which I think are quite good for the money, used on a farm, hit with hammers, used as a hammer some of the Chrome has peeled off (pros from being used at a hammer... 😂) but other than that they still do their job. And it's a full set from 8mm-24mm only 9mm skip.

My only Bluespot tool was a 1/2" Spline set which seemed to be made of cheese, returned them to Machine Mart and they said they needed to send them off, before I could have a refund, I said no problem, any issues I'll contact trading standard as I had to use a 3/8 spline set from halfords which removed what their crappy 1/2 one couldn't do, so I said they must be total crap of faulty. Got a refund on the same day...

I cringed at the magnet tray on the bonnet but I love tools and looking in another mechanics toolbox is awsome.

What are your thoughts on the Blue spot breaker bar? I was thinking of purchasing the 1/2" breaker bar (home mechanic).

So you have finally got fed up paying for snap-on!! im a part time weekend mechanic, i like bergen\us pro, sealey and milwaukee fuel for power tool range. for me a budget spanner can undo a bolt just like an expensive spanner, but a cheap impact gun cant undo bolts and expensive one can. so spend your money wisely and where needed. my 1400nm milwaukee has been fine using cheap impact sockets.

I once slipped with a spanner above my work mate on a machine, it dropped down and hit him on the forehead. He rang me up later and said it had left an impression and could see the imprint of the size, told him he was lucky it was snail brand and not king dick!

Jesus. Why you have gloves on your hands when you're handling brand new tools? Let me guess you wear a mask while driving around alone in your car and at home while you watched TV. What gets me the most is at the beginning of this video you're handling brand new tools you have gloves on then the rest of the video you're working in the nasty battery acid bullshit and grease all over your hands is it just me or should you possibly have worn the gloves while doing the actual work and not while you're admiring your brand new tools

Not gonna lie, blue spot are half decent in my opinion, garage I work at we have a "£10 tool guy" that comes round ow and then and everything is a 10er and it's all blue spot, I have had a few things off him and still have them today, not bad overall

Blue spot are good tools but the 3/4 - 1/2 adaptor wasn’t that strong . Broke one trying to get a disco td5 drive shaft but off . But blue spot have a lifetime warranty and machinemart replaced it no quibble .
