0:26 been to that lounge before b/c of priority pass, very underwhelming, there was nothing left in the buffet, and overall, was a bit dirty, I prefer the primeclass louge in JFK T1 better.

Great video - helpful and relevant. No wild graphics and HipHop music - THANKS! Anyone know: A350-900 Air France - how can one tell if it's the new business or old business you are booking ? Currently I'm booked on Polaris going direct from NY to India. But AF is so much cheaper albeit with connection. I'm amazed there's no business class check in line though and also -- can can anyone comment on Air France crew - -and also, staff at CDG lounge? I admit - I've never been to France and perhaps I am apprehensive of "stereotypes" :) that I've come to believe somewhat hopefully out of ignorance.

I am looking at a flight change from Manchester to New York via CDG so this Business Class is the First Class as I have first class and this is the only option. However, their La Premiere is this totally different from the Virgin Upper/Delta One do you know?

NO, not again throwing the bread over the tray without proper plate.Cabin crew suppose to open the plastic cover for you too.This is not BC service, doing this allowed only in Economy class.
Toilet suppose to be decorated with some kind of flower, plastic flower is ok at least.However, the major problem is WHERE IS a bottle of PERFUME in toilet IT MUST HAVE A LEAST A BOTTLE OF IT, wtHAir France.I believe attendant forget to put it in the toilet.

Whenever airlines serve business class meals in a tray setup (this is a no no in my opinion), I always eat the dessert first!

the catering of Air france indeed is a shame and give a bad look to the business class pax and that kind of service will remains unchanged for now of course their catering service isn't the best and not worst too
