The shots of you wearing the aero helmet and downtube adapter while riding indoors cracks me up!

That is nice you are working out in your garage to be nice to your neighbors. I use the Wahoo Core and it isn’t too loud.

Why do you need the down tube adapter indoors for extra support but not when riding outside?

Hi Simon, I am no expert, but I would say look into getting Tacx Neo 2T instead of Kickr. My Kickr Core started dropping resistance after 10 minutes of riding and I haven't been able to fix it. Neo 2T is like a spaceship. Have been using it for a year and am very happy with it. REI has it on sale now.

The biggest regret I have for my set up is not getting a fan with a remote, so as it gets warmer you can crank it up without getting off.

Do you have an app or device that you can project heart rate and other stats on a screen? Like the one your cover photo uses?

6:27 do you really need pedals for this? I think you can connect to trainer's power meter directly

wifi extender in the garage at 2.4/2.5GHz could cover you?

I kinda hope you can get a more quiet trainer so you don’t have to be in the garage. What is the best way for people to send some support?

Bummer you have to move the trainer

I have the original hammer I do not mind it. Since I went from the fluid2.

I can do the workouts in my living room.

I also have a tarp under my trainer mat too

Happy training

I just bought my spinning bike for that exact same reason. It is super quiet, I can ride it with the apps at 4AM, inside my apartment and nobody will hear a thing. It is a simple one but it has two way talking with those apps, meaning, it receives data from the app and becomes heavier automatically. No need to mount and dismount. Pretty good. Called Gallant Smart in Brasil, but you guys have more interest things like wahoo, zwift, garmin, etc. Here is too expensive for amateur like me. But for structure training, seems pretty good. It can go up to over 500W, which again, for someone that doesn't compete like me seems reasonable.

Isn't the garage attached to the building? Can't you pass a ethernet cable and setup a modem for internet? Or at least a strong wifi antenna from your apartment?
