Robotic Automatic UV Hardcoat Coating Line for Headlights:
This hard coat plant & anti fog plant, set up for China car maker BYD Automobile, is a turnkey project from gate cutting after injection molding machine, to annealing, hard coat booth, anti fog booth, IR oven, UV curing oven and carousel oven for anti fog. Robot is used for transfer and spray, greatly enhancing efficiency, production and quality. Coiling AHU is used to maintain stable temperature & humidity in spray booth. Entire plant is enclosed with thermal panel to maintain a dustfree environment for spray.
