In development by Monolith Productions, creators of the critically acclaimed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor™ and sequel Middle-earth: Shadow of War™, this open-world action-adventure game will feature the beloved DC Super Hero, Wonder Woman.

The single player open-world action game will introduce an original story set in the DC Universe and allow players to become Diana of Themyscira in the fight to unite her Amazon family and the humans from the modern world.

Powered by the Nemesis System, gamers will forge deep connections with both enemies and allies as they progress from a heroic fighter into a proven leader.

Yes!! Finally!! A DC game that isn't about Batman. Don't get me wrong, Batman is my favorite superhero but now let another DC hero get some spotlight and Wonder Woman is a great choice!!

I'm so happy DC discovered that they won't explode if they make a game about someone who isn't Batman or related to him in some way (Suicide Squad has Harley Quinn and is supposedly set in the Arkhamverse, so it counts). And Wonder Woman is an excellent choice. I hope it's not only an excellent game that starts off a whole new franchise, but I hope it opens the door to other DC characters getting games.

I always thought the nemesis system would work perfectly in a superhero game, having people you fail to rescue turn into supervillains or a criminal get cocky from incapacitating you and becoming one as well, or having you tied into the origin of a fellow hero through recruiting them or failing to rescue someone close to them or something

SOM and SOW were two of my favorite ARPGs of all time and some of the most fun I’ve had gaming. Both are still a blast to this day. Since SOW I’ve been wondering what they’re developing next, so hearing they’re being a WW game (which has much great opportunity for RPG mechanics) makes me so excited. Why isn’t this out already?!
