I use a 10gbps (cheap) cable
but when I link my MQ3 to my laptop it lags with simple activities, if y move my head to fast ill lag as well...
What would be my problem? Do I need a better laptop? A better cable? Does my laptop not have the correct USB port?

my link cable is better it has a dual input USB-A for data and USB-C for power delivery and it keeps my quest3 topped off at 100% always during PCVR
