Rather smart for Wing to repeat the same sounds, albeit impractical. This way, it becomes easier to predict his opponent's mind. We can see the opponents tend to get less and less cautious of Wing's ability as he repeats himself, therefore rendering themselves easy to predict as they also would sometimes repeat the same sounds, or at least have less sounds to choose from (since Wing was already on the one) -> and so when the right moment comes, Wing strikes and almost guarantees a win.

Though it also depends on how we think as well, but normally in a pretty casual setting this should kinda be the case.
