ZABBIX - How To Close Problem

How to close a problem in ZABBIX monitoring software. There are simple and not that simple ways to do that. Sometimes it is enough to manually close it. In other cases it is required to change expression of the trigger and understand what value is actually a problem.

In Zabbix 6.0.13 it doesn't work. Close problem is still greyed out when we do any action with problem before editing template. If we edit template earlier we can change problem to state close.

Good video, but it assumes the user has access to modifying the template.

Hi Dmitry! Thank you for this but how to suppress the problem instead of closing? @ 4:06 there is no option to suppress the problem.
Please help.
