Показать описание
Immigration Department personnel had to break through a triple-locked door during a raid on a KTV in Solaris early this morning.
The KTV, which offered guest relations officer (GRO) services by South Korean women for fees ranging from RM300 to RM500, saw 11 individuals from the country arrested during the operation.
KL Immigration Department Director Wan Mohammed Saupee Wan Yusoff said the KTV is believed to only accept South Korean customers.
The raid was carried out after a two-week sting of the KTV, located on the second floor of a building here.
The case is being probed under Rule 39(b) of the Immigration Regulations for breaching conditions of immigration permits and Section 15(1)(c) of the Immigration Act for overstaying.
