Vegas Pro 16: How To Make Lower Thirds + FREE Template

My vegas doesnt have Quicktime 7 option for render formats. What do I do??

Everything is fine until I try to import it back into the project - suddenly it's tiny! I can't use that for videos because it's so small you'd barely know it was there, much less be able to see it. Any idea why this has happened?

I don't have Quick Time 7 format in the render as menu. This may be a stupid question, is it because I don't have Quick Time on my laptop?
