okay so how do I do this for videos that are smaller than the 1080p standard output of the program? (example: 720p video is too small and refuses to expand past invisible wall)

Super helpful. Banging my head because I get the picture sized wrong and I can’t get it fixed. It won’t move to the edges of the video because the circle and other lines are way off.
