Any interest earned in the savings account is just equaled out with fees from the checking account. And if your poor and can't keep a certain amount of money in your checking account monthly your punished with fees. The rich don't get fees but the poor does. Got it.

My Mexican fintech account does both, has 12% interest, can get deposits and withdrawals with no limits, debit card but no paper checks (no one in MX uses paper checks), no overdrafts, no insufficient funds fee, no minimums of fees and mobile banking, and all banks can interact with each other, and the funds are insured

Seems like everything is accurate, and like you need to spend money to make money. But conversely following from that, making money is improbable if you're broke. That's my first impression at least, as it seems more and more nowadays I find it, more and more difficult to pay attention.

Nice information, but It's disturbing how the transactions mostly center around a "smart" phone. I may sound like a Luddite, but some of us avoid overuse of those tools so we don't become overdependent and addicted to them. To have the culture revolve around them seems wrong.

I had a free checking account with a major bank for 14 years and then they start adding service charges just to keep it open. So much for them honoring customer loyalty. :(

Why is there a need for a video like this? Our gov’t schools are teaching debauchery but living skills have no place? May God forgive us for remaining ignorant and apathetic!
