In my journey to Top 500 in competitive Splatoon 3, I may have accidentally lost my X rank. I'll need to fight my way through anarchy series battles in order to get myself back in the running...

I also hate rank up battles. Been trying to get into S+ the last two seasons but for whatever reason whenever I get to a rank-up battle the game likes to put me on teams with the worst weapon comps imaginable. Like yes Splatoon, I'm sure my team of two N'Zaps, a Snipewriter, and a JR can win. We'll sit under our shield and have a soda party :D

If not that, then I'll go 2-2 and in my deciding game we'll be making good progress towards victory and then give me a connection error for an automatic loss. Love this game.

Funny thing is, I don't even care about unlocking X Battles, or what rank I am in general. The only reason why I want to get into S+ so bad is because I think the gold anarchy badge would look nice on my splashtag lmao

Jay, I can relate. I had 20 kills against 1 death as a Tri-Stringer between two games. My teammates were like "haha, but what if we LOSE?!" It was deeply painful.

I have once lose a Rank up battle in the worst way possible, it was a 2-2 if i win i get to S rank if i lose im gonna break the wall. the game was going well untill in the last second... "a communication error has occured"
