Want to begin off-ice training for you or your skater but don’t know where to start?
Our 10-week FLEXAFIT® Fundamentals curriculum will introduce skaters to basic off-ice skills through warm-up exercises, stretches, drills, technique class, and games. The FLEXAFIT® Fundamentals features two weekly classes, one focused on conditioning, strength, jumps and plyometrics, the second focused on dance, spin, balance and flexibility. The curriculum is fast-paced, detailed, and most of all–a fun way to get skaters excited to begin their off-ice journey!
