New changes to realtor commissions begin this week

It will end up biting the buyers and the sellers will get richer on their sale. For middle income buyers who don’t meet the low income down payment programs but aren’t rich enough for a big down payment will get slammed with broker fees too. This will make buyers offers less attractive if they won’t agree to pay sellers fees. I personally won’t give a realtor a dime in a sale, regardless of this new law.
