It Doesn't work like that, When you boost your profile it will work when a client posted a job and you submitted proposal and then in invited freelancer portion you will be on top and it will charge you of client click your account

I think it is because of your hourly rate, regarding your video feedback 5 or more apeared with rate that has less of 100$ per hour.

I am sorry, but I don't know how you release a video about boosting the profile option when you have no idea what it is or how it works. It only comes into play for clients who have posted a job. For those, it will recommend freelancers they could reach out to and if you win the bid with profile boost, you will show at the top. It does NOT impact the general search as you are doing within this video. You also don't pay any connects for it unless a client actually clicks on your boosted profile. It is very different from the Availability Badge that you pay for regardless which just adds a badge to your profile that can be seen in general search.
