Arm stamina is tied to weapon weight and strength level, so with guns like the AXMC you should rip all the rails off of it unless you plan on using one of them as it adds up quite a bit. This is also why SBR builds are really good too

You often stand in the open without fear and find your targets instantly without looking.
You also freeze before finding your targets. You talk to yourself like you're trying to be convincing.
Maybe it's skill luck and editing, maybe.
