For the 91-96 they make sealed beam bezels as an option. They can be a bit weird to find, but they are out there. Just search hard for a 91-96 sealed beam bezel and find the one that looks a bit different from your stock bezel. Then you can get the aftermarket LED 4x6 sealed beam replacements. Huge improvement over stock. Its what I'm going to do when I get my 95 hemi swapped.

i thought the truck would be rattling more with the 4BT. ive always had people telling me that it will rattle the whole vehicle and shake everything apart. doesnt look like it rattles or shakes the vehicle at all.

First one ive seen done without a body lift. How much did you have to clearence to make the motor fit?
