I feel the same!!!! In winter I always feel so unmotivated.
Also I joined a gym a few months ago and I felt so anxious and was only going like 5 times a month but now I’m a lot more into it and actually love it when I do it consistently. It always takes a few months to find a gym routine from what friends have told me so I hope that makes you feel better xx
