scag 30 inch is JUNK 2nd clutch gone bad in less than 150 hours!

Scag has an upgraded clutch kit. If you take it to your local dealership, they should replace it under warranty, provided you are still in the warranty period

Same problem around 11 hours and again around 45 hours.Both fixed under warranty.

Same! We have 4x of these. 3x of them had clutches go bad in less than 100h. Terrible.

also bought two and the both of them went out the same week and these two again a week apart blew so scag PLEASE get better clutches because they are utterly useless spent 5000 on two big orange JUNKS MAN

Was it under warranty? I have 42 hrs and when you pull start it your pulling the blades to. Bad clutch

There all going bad the didn’t manufactured the clutches correctly they’re going to a different system when you take your machine to the shop even if it’s after the one-year warranty they should replace your clutch in the new system

clutch made it so hard to start and these are just terrible clutch’s and the mower has zero ground clerence it’s almost impossible to cut under 3 inches and don’t recommend for anyone it was a HUGE mistake buying these junks

not to mention the tires honestly they are terrible and toros tires are just fine so i don’t know what is wrong with these but they’re trash also and
