I've just hit the motherload of Cuphead beta music looking through the files of the new update. This was used up until it was replaced with the final recorded version.

Fun Fact: the original for the WALLOP guy was just one sentence. for example: You're UP!
but the idea was scrapped so they used it only for the run and gun stages
