IMO, Brian Deacon played the most "underrated" Jesus. Robert Powell played Jesus as too brooding, too quiet, and he looked emaciated. He portrayed Jesus like he was playing a part in a Shakespeare play.

Jesus smiled a lot, was almost always jovial, and in a good mood.
