Smiling ang taking photo selfies even on these situations is not bad at all, although no matter how serious it is unless is life threatening; smiling and photos could lessen or reduce the tension between both parties involved ... it could lead to build trust in telling all the truth and it could ease the emotional/mental stress to all people involve that could lead to cooler heads; perhaps motivate the accused to tell all without hurting on his/her heart and mind.
