- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

to get the pancakes even fluffier.. then its better to fold the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients with a spatula.. not a whisk. The batter should have flour lumps in it before you fry it. looks amazing though.
