Woman sacked over gender-critical views wins court appeal

Maya Forstater who lost her job after expressing views that sex cannot be changed and transgender women are "not women" has won an appeal against an employment tribunal.

Freedom of speech is freedom of speech, she isn't inciting violence, she isn't threatening anything/anyone, she did, absolutely nothing wrong, I will stand by that claim.

We need to protect sex based beliefs. We cannot change our sex, she should say it because she’s scientifically correct.
It’s incredibly comforting as a woman to defend this right of speech and right of our own language.
Lots of trans people agree that they cannot change their sex, they’re just changing what they can to lessen the mental health effects of gender dysphoria.
