Seeing this again nearly 2 months later and am so teary eyed🥹 UMDT, they freaking killed it beyond words. Truly performed like they were on Broadway and danced as soon as “action” was said. Sad but happy to say this, but It’s been a long time since they’ve all performed like this: putting an act on and entertaining the judges while selling their routine exquisitely. I am so happy they won and authentically regained the throne of being the best dance team in the nation. The chills are never ending!!! Such an amazing performance

I really thought this was Ohio States Year. They were technically equal IMO. It was the originality that pushed U of M over the top. Both teams were brilliant but, for me, this was clear winner.

Better be careful, Beyoncé’s team will steal this routine and perform it on her renaissance tour and say she was inspired 😂

If the whole dance was as good as the turn section it would have won. They should have taken the elements the soloists did and made them team tricks. The entire team is talented enough to have amped this up

For a team that’s so good, they did too much walking to formations and crawling and easier movements in sync. They have the potential to have been so much more creative with this and it was cool but stale in comparison to the talent on the floor.
