The past few days I've been making sandwiches and wraps with a mix of pulled pork and corned beef, some cole slaw, cheese, mayo/A1/sriracha sauce, and sauteed onions and jalapenos. Got to be the best sandwich I've ever made. Unbelievable depth of flavor.

I hate corned beef. Well...I once hated corned beef. Now, I love it! I walked out of the kitchen with a Connor McGregor swagger after serving this to my family. Thank you for another winner!

Damn. I made this tonight.
I’m not a fan of mustard (bite me) and I was blown away to LOVE the glaze!
The combination of oven finishing after the boiling. What a killer change, I love it!!!

Perfection. Only problem? I got a small one and it’s gone.

Love your channel. Love to see a traditional monte Cristo! You can end the debate between the French toasters and deep fryers!

We've always eaten it straight out of the pot and just tried not to look at it too much. It never occurred to me to put it in the oven for a few munutes. I'm definitely doing this next year!

I was taught by my Irish father that you never boil a Corned Beef, it takes all the flavor out of the corned beef and into the water. But I'll try your recipe, it looks tasty.

Made this last night (I know, a day late, but you know, COVID) and it was "the best corned beef I've ever had" according to my wife. So simple. My only regret is we didn't get a bigger piece of beef.

I am absolutely doing this tomorrow. The apricot jelly sauce killed me.I will also use the water from boiling the beef to boil the cabbage, carrots and potatoes. Happy Saint Patty's!

You should re-do this, but also with carrots, onions, and cabbage. And whatever goodies you think would go well with it - I trust you

Great recipe but one thing… don’t you rinse the beef immediately before cooking? Tends to be pretty salty, otherwise. Have you done a “Sam’s Best Corned Beef Hash” video?
