I know Claudia is joking but if any of the comments here aren't...do say that you don't feel the same way/same chemistry, you don't want to date, and thank them for having the courage to ask. Obviously you can tailor this but I'm saying it to help you establish boundaries. Saying thanks or oh baby are hilarious but they can genuinely give the other person the wrong impression. The last important step is to just give that person some space don't guiltily hover around them after you reject them.
