Hello Darlings! I wanted to share by bath soak/ bath tea recipe with you, in hopes that it may also help you relive some menstrual pain and cramping.

Recipe:
Lavender Epsom salt
fresh or dried chamomile flower
lavender flower
orange or lemon slice
chamomile essential oil
Argain oil (you can substitute with any skin friendly oil)

Bath Bomb used: Lush Deep Sleep bath bomb

Epsom salt used: Dr Teal's lavender & coconut Epsom salts
