Does God Hear Silent Prayers? - Your Questions, Honest Answers

I am in a nursing home. I am on a ventilator with a trach in my neck from a collapsed lung. I am unable to use my arms and when walking I can't stand up straight. The ventilator prevents me from eating solid food and talking. Does God hear my prayers and praises when I speak to him through my thoughts, even though I can't talk?

Amen, yes he does, God hears the heart as well as the mouth. Sometimes things seem so overwhelming that you cant put it all into words, and I have to ask God to hear my heart and know my mind Lord, you know what's wrong before I even say it..help me to worship you through the hardships and lay my cares at your feet.

Remember Hannah..the Bible says this..Hannah was praying in her heart, silently. Her lips moved, but no sound was heard. Within a year God gave her the son she prayed for..and as Hannah promised God in her prayer she gave Samuel back to God .
