Ok so up too 2000mcg is ok? Only been 5 weeks on 1000mcg. I think I've seen some benefits but have a chronic issue with a ligament that may need more time. Not sure if I am just being impatient and just stick with 1000mcg or if i should try going up to 2000mcg.
