Strong Gravitational Lensing Studies of QSO host galaxies with the James Webb space
I will describe how the combination of strong gravitational lensing and the James Webb Space Telescope can be used to study the properties of the host galaxies of QSOs by focusing on 4 strongly lensed, multiply imaged, QSOs that are part of my JWST Guaranteed Time Observer program. I will describe briefly how these data could be used for other applications in cosmology. Finally, I will provide a status update on the James Webb Space Telescope.
