All about crits and finishers. The capstone tho, I can just see the ramp up in sustain with that. If we can get it to 10 thats 10% agi, crit, haste, mastery, and vers. The faster you play this one, the faster you’ll be able to play this one

Hand of Fate seems to be quite OP in AOE situations no? I know its reliability is based on RNG, but, you either stack Haste or Damage which applies to whoever received the finishers right? Is that REALLY bad? Maybe for PVP it is.

The thing that sucks about this is really the animations. How does mage, priest, warlock, etc., get these unbelievably cool effects from their hero talents… and rogue drops a coin on the ground beside their character? So lame
