Minigun's disadvantage are it takes 2-3 seconds for starting and its reloading speed.

The minigun is in a class all on it's own, above these 2 other weapons. Dreadshot and Chain Gun are too slow. Speed is still the name of the game (what's more effective in most battles). I'd take speed over slightly more damage but slow dps.
