100% agree with this. I'm sick of my female co-workers complaining about their jobs and not going into other jobs, but blaming their problems on their boyfriends even though they aren't self-aware themselves. Don't get me wrong, I used to be brainwashed this way as well, but I've learned from my mistakes and I now see how hypocritical feminism has become today as well as making women fit the "girl power" expectations. Instead of supporting ideas and choices other women make, we make braised opinions instead of on looking at more perspective and learning new things about us as human beings while also not letting their opinions and judgments define you.

This all makes sense when you realize 80% of the population are sheep or NPC if you wanna use the modern day lingo most people have 0 control over their feelings and body they only act on instinct. As a girl, I hate it whenever modern feminism is brought up. Cause there's at least one person in the group who wants to say how oppressed women are, which makes people just jump on that train. And it leads to discussions about unequal pay, objectification and just generally trash-talking men for being men. If I say anything adverse to it, I'll be the black sheep of the group. That's why I mostly like to be friends with guys, or girls who aren't interested in such topics

It’s so wild to me seeing feminists paint the traditional family as something so evil. That no woman in her right mind would ever choose to be in a traditional family and anyone who says they want that must have some sort of internalized oppression or stockholm syndrome.

Modern feminism has taken the concept of two people loving, caring, and sacrificing for one another and twisted it into some idea that traditional marriage is legal slavery.

Back in the ‘70s there was a famous debate between two prominent feminists: Betty Friedan and Simone de Beauvoir. At one point Friedan made a statement we’ve now become accustomed to: “we just want women to have the ability to choose how to live.” In response, de Beauvoir said “no we don’t, because if women have the choice to stay home and be housewives too many of them will choose it, and then they can’t be truly free.” Friedan recoiled at this knowing it would not be a popular attitude. So feminism since at least the second wave has not been about freedom of choice, and I’d argue it never really was.
