Hi, i just bought this for my home system which is a premier elite 48 when i get to the com port setup i haven’t got the option for smart com on the com 1 option list. Any ideas and am i doing something wrong? Thanks

Good day, I have an issue with my Texecom Elite 88 security system. I am unable to arm or disarm it using the Texecom Connect app on my phone. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Can you please advise on what could be causing it? Thank you in advance.

I have a texecom premier alarm in my workshop, I have just bought a new mobile, I had the app on my old phone now on my new phone I need the activation code is this the process what you are doing to get it?

Can you do a video showing how to connect to the panel using Wintex using wifi so that we can setup the panel/zones etc via the software rather than the RKP. Is it just a case of configuring the software with the IP of the SmartCom device? how do you find the IP of the smartcom device other than logging into the router to check connected deviced?
