In LCS, When Toni jump out the Dodo, he rolling out in the mid air. He takes less damage and he survived.
In VCS, when Vic jump out the Dodo, he teleported into the side plane. If he using Biplane, he jump out the plane but he freeze and falling to the ground. The plane still go on until it hit the ground.

Found out the hard way in GTA SA that CJ doesn’t wear a parachute automatically when you eject yourself from a jet by accident.

You're actually a bit inaccurate about the parachute in GTA V. Let's first understand this: In GTA San Andreas, no matter the height, even if it's 10 ft from the ground, once CJ is equipped with a parachute and enters skydiving mode, know that as soon as he touches the ground, dead. However in GTA V, even in skydiving mode, there are chances that you can survive. They're not high nor low. In between compared to free fall from low height where chances of survival are definitely high.
